• What is it? Sparkling, premium Japanese saké with all-natural Asian flavors. It’s chilled and refreshing.
• What’s it made from/what’s in it? Imported premium junmai saké with all-natural flavors.
• Is it natural? Yes, all-natural flavors from extracts and essences of the real thing.
• Is it sweet? It’s lightly sweetened with only a small amount of pure cane sugar.
• What’s Yuzu? A rare Japanese citrus fruit. It’s lemony with a hint of orange peel.
• I thought saké was served warm? Everyday saké is often served warm, but premium junmai saké is almost alwars served chilled, just like white wine.
• What’s junmai saké? Junmai means “pure rice”, and the saké is made only from special saké rice and pure water. There is no distilled alcohol added. Junmai grade represent the top 15% of all saké made in Japan.
• Where is the saké from? By a brewer north of Tokyo that has been making saké for 200 years.
• What’s the alcohol content? 7%. The amount of alcohol in one bottle of saké2me is about the same as in a 12-ounce light beer
• How many calories? Only about 110 calories - PARTY!
