Why Wine on Tap?
"Big profits from the first keg, a very easy & worthwhile investment".
The wine kegs hold 3.9 gallons ( approx. 21 bottles of wine, 105 glasses of wine). Plastic kegs are 9” in diameter and 20” in height and are air-tight. The taps are standard beer taps. Nitrogen required.
"We have customers run lines as long as 100 feet, however we find the best results with shorter runs. Cleaning is only required 2x a year. The ideal scenario is what is called a “direct draw,” where the keg is located directly below the counter. As you know, every bar is different and Ali would be happy to visit your establishment to help you figure out the best solution for you".
Avante Beverage is the Texas distributor, a small keg deposit is required.
